Beach Road service lane caving over the stormwater drain

The Beach Road service lane near the submarine museum has begun caving at the edge where the stormwater culvert runs beneath. A scooter dropped into the gap last week. With heavy weekend tourist traffic this is dangerous. R&B should inspect the culvert slab and barricade the spot urgently.
