NH-16 service-road junction broken where it meets town road

The service road where the NH-16 meets the Kavali town road is badly broken, and vehicles coming off the highway hit potholes at speed where lorries and buses turn. Risky for two-wheelers. Requesting R&B repair this junction properly, since a thin patch will not survive highway traffic.
