Dust storms off open ground coating colonies

Open, unpaved ground near some colonies throws up dust storms in the dry wind, coating homes and worsening breathing problems, with dumped debris adding to it. We request the Pollution Control Board and authorities to stabilise or green the ground and stop the dumping. Logging the worst days.
