Unsafe railway-gate crossing where people dodge the barrier

At a busy railway-gate crossing, pedestrians and two-wheelers regularly duck under or around the barrier when it is down to save time, and there have been frightening near-misses. We request enforcement and better fencing or a foot overbridge. Sharing so others who use this crossing can add what they have witnessed.
