Deep pothole on Elmwood Ave near Bidwell Pkwy

There is a deep pothole in the northbound lane of Elmwood Avenue right before Bidwell Parkway. Cars are swerving around it into oncoming traffic, and it is especially bad for cyclists heading toward the Elmwood Village shops. I caught a rim on it last week. Reported through the 311 app but it is still open. Posting here so others on the strip can add their reports and get it bumped up the list before winter makes it worse.
