Growing rat problem behind Hertel Ave restaurants

The rodent activity in the alley behind the Hertel Avenue restaurants has gotten much worse over the summer. After dark you can see them around the dumpsters, right next to the outdoor seating. This is a public-health concern with all the food service on this block, not just a nuisance. Requesting an inspection of how trash and food waste are being stored behind the businesses, plus baiting in the alley.
