Illegal dumping on a vacant lot off Genesee St

A vacant lot off Genesee Street has become a dumping ground. Over the last month people have left tires, old furniture, and construction debris, and now there is a smell and standing water collecting in the junk. It is right by where kids cut through to the bus stop. We need it cleaned up and ideally something to stop trucks pulling in at night. Documenting with dates here so the county has a record of how fast it is piling up.
