Repeated power outages on the East Side

Our block over on the East Side near James Street has lost power three times in two weeks, usually in the evening for an hour or more. Food keeps spoiling and people working from home lose time. National Grid keeps logging it but nothing changes. Are other houses nearby seeing the same outages? Trying to figure out if it is our line or the whole segment.
