Recycling skipped two weeks running in the Heights

The recycling has been skipped two collection days in a row in the Heights while garbage gets taken. Containers are out the night before in the right spot. Now they overflow and recycling blows around. Logged it with the city and got a ticket number. Anyone else nearby seeing recycling skipped, or is it just our route?
