Repeated power flickers in Squirrel Hill near Murray Ave

For the past few weeks the power around Murray Avenue and Forbes in Squirrel Hill has flickered almost daily, with two full outages over an hour each. It keeps tripping our refrigerator and resetting every clock in the house. Feels like an overloaded or failing transformer that the utility should inspect.
