Cars speeding through school zone on Penn Ave, Garfield

During morning drop-off near the school on Penn Avenue in Garfield, drivers routinely blow through the 15 mph zone at double the limit. There is no speed enforcement and the crossing guard struggles to hold traffic. We need a speed table, a camera, or regular patrols before a child is hit.
