Water main break flooding a street in South Congress

A water main broke this morning near South Congress and water is running across both lanes and pooling at the low corner. A couple of shops are getting water at the door. An Austin Water crew is on site and part of the block is coned off. Posting so neighbors move their cars and avoid the area until it is repaired.
