Repeated power outages in west Plano

Our neighborhood in west Plano has lost power three times in two weeks, usually in the evening for an hour or more, especially in the heat. Food keeps spoiling and people working from home lose time. Oncor keeps logging it but nothing changes. Are other streets nearby seeing the same outages? Trying to figure out if it is our line or the grid segment.
