DART bus unreliable to the Plano station

The DART bus that connects to the Plano station has been unreliable lately. Either nothing comes for forty minutes or two show up together, and a couple of times a full bus passed the stop. People rely on this to catch the rail for work. Asking DART to look at the headways, and posting to see how many other riders deal with the same.
