Recycling skipped two weeks running in Southtown

The recycling carts have been skipped two collection days in a row in Southtown while garbage gets taken. Carts are out the night before in the right spot. Now they overflow and recycling blows around. Logged it with 311 and got a service-request number. Anyone else nearby seeing recycling skipped, or is it just our route?
