Illegal dumping on a vacant lot on the East Side

A vacant lot on the East Side has become a dumping ground. Over the last month people have left tires, old furniture, and construction debris, and now there is a smell and standing water in the junk. It is near where kids walk to the bus stop. We need it cleaned and something to stop trucks at night. Documenting dates for the county.
