Water main break flooding Passyunk Ave

A water main broke overnight on East Passyunk Avenue and water is running down the street and pooling at the intersection. Several basements on the block are taking on water. The Water Department has been notified and a crew is on site but the road is closed in both directions. Posting so neighbors know to avoid the area and move their cars.
