Repeated power outages around 46th & Baltimore

Our block near 46th and Baltimore Ave has lost power four times in the last two weeks, each time for several hours. It is not weather related. Food in fridges is spoiling and people who work from home are losing income. The utility keeps saying it is "under investigation" but nothing changes. Anyone else in Cedar Park / Spruce Hill seeing the same thing?
