Broken swings and exposed bolts at Carpenter Woods

The playground near Carpenter Woods in Mt. Airy has two swings that are broken off and an exposed bolt on the climbing structure that already scratched my daughter. The equipment is old and clearly needs maintenance. Could Parks & Rec please send someone to make it safe? Happy to share photos.
