Rat problem in Chinatown alleys behind 10th St

The alleys behind the restaurants on 10th Street in Chinatown have a serious rat problem. You can see them out in daylight now. With all the food businesses here this is a public health concern, not just a nuisance. Requesting the Health Department do an inspection and a coordinated baiting program for the whole block, not just one address at a time.
