Elevator out for weeks at Spring Garden Station

The elevator at the Spring Garden station on the Broad Street Line has been out of service for almost three weeks. For riders using wheelchairs, walkers, or strollers this makes the station completely unusable and forces a long detour to the next accessible stop. SEPTA says parts are on order. Can we get a firm repair date and a shuttle in the meantime?
