Abandoned cars taking up parking on W Allegheny

There are at least three abandoned vehicles on West Allegheny Avenue that have not moved in months — flat tires, expired tags, one with broken windows. They take up scarce parking and are becoming dumping spots for trash. Requesting they be tagged and towed. Listing the block so others can confirm.
