Crumbling curb ramps make sidewalks impassable in NoLibs

Several corners in Northern Liberties have curb ramps that are so cracked and heaved that a wheelchair or stroller cannot use them. At a couple of corners there is no ramp at all and you have to go into the street. Requesting an ADA curb-ramp survey and repairs for the neighborhood. Happy to mark the specific corners on a map.
