Night chemical smell near the fertiliser and gas units

Residents near the fertiliser and gas units report a strong chemical smell on several nights this month, eyes and throats affected by morning. We are not against the industry but want the Pollution Control Board to check night-time emissions and publish readings. Logging dates and times.
