Toxic froth and foam have returned along the Hussain Sagar bund over the past fortnight, with a foul smell reaching the walkers and the road. We ask GHMC and the authorities to identify the inflow carrying the pollutants and act. Documenting the days and the stretch where the froth is worst so there is a record.
