Muddy supply in the Gandhi Chowk lanes after pipeline work

Since recent pipeline work the tap water in the Gandhi Chowk lanes runs muddy and occasionally smells, clearing sometimes and not others. A few neighbours report the same. Requesting a clear answer on whether it is safe to drink and when normal supply resumes. Collecting reports lane by lane.
