Frequent power flickers near Reily St and N 6th

For about three weeks now the power around Reily Street and North 6th has flickered nearly every day, plus two full outages over an hour each. It keeps tripping our furnace and resetting every clock in the house. Feels like an overloaded or failing transformer that needs inspection.
