Tower Circle area streetlights restored after weeks dark

A run of streetlights around the Tower Circle area had been off for weeks, leaving the stretch dark for people walking and waiting for autos at night. After several of us reported it and kept it visible here, TSSPDCL replaced the fittings and the stretch is lit again. Marking resolved and thanking everyone who followed up.
