Broken swing set and exposed bolts at Soldiers Park

Two of the swings at Soldiers & Sailors Memorial Park have snapped chains, and there are exposed bolts on the slide platform where a cap has come off. Small kids play here constantly. Taping it off would help until it can be repaired.
