Illegal dumping along the Paxton Creek bank

Someone keeps dumping construction debris and old tires down the embankment near the Paxton Creek access off Cameron Street. With the rain it is washing toward the water. It is both an eyesore and a real pollution hazard for the creek and the river downstream.
