Water main break flooding Delancey Street

A water main broke early this morning on Delancey Street near Essex and water is gushing across both lanes and pooling at the corner. A couple of ground-floor shops are taking on water. DEP has a crew on site and the block is partially closed. Posting so neighbors avoid the area and move parked cars before they get towed or flooded.
