Illegal construction dumping near Inwood Hill Park

Someone has been dumping construction debris — drywall, broken tile, paint cans — along the edge of Inwood Hill Park near the water over the past couple of weeks. The paint cans worry me because this drains toward the river. It looks like it is happening overnight. Requesting cleanup and, if possible, a camera or enforcement since this is a repeat pattern at the same spot.
