Subway elevator out of service for weeks at 34th St

The elevator at this station has been out of service for almost three weeks. For anyone using a wheelchair, a walker, or a stroller, that means the station is effectively unusable and they have to go several blocks to the next accessible stop. The "estimated repair" sign date has already passed twice. Requesting an actual timeline and an accessible-shuttle alternative in the meantime.
