No heat or hot water for a week in East Harlem building

Our building in East Harlem has had no heat and no hot water for over a week now during heat season, when the landlord is legally required to provide it. There are elderly residents and small children in the building. The super says parts are "on order." We have filed individual HPD complaints; posting here to document that it is the entire building, not one unit, and to ask neighbors to add their complaint numbers below.
