Sidewalk shed has been up for years and is now sagging

The sidewalk scaffolding (shed) on this block in Hell's Kitchen has been up for what feels like years with no visible work happening on the building. It is now sagging in one corner, the lighting underneath is broken so it is pitch dark at night, and it has become a spot for illegal dumping. Requesting DOB check whether the permit is still valid and whether the structure is safe.
