Repeated power outages in the Pine Hills area

Our block in Pine Hills near Western Ave has lost power three times in two weeks, usually in the evening for an hour or more. With many students renting here and people working from home, it is a real problem. National Grid keeps logging it but nothing changes. Are other houses nearby seeing the same outages? Trying to figure out if it is our line or the segment.
