Illegal dumping on a vacant lot in the South End

A vacant lot in the South End has become a dumping ground. Over the last month people have left tires, old furniture, and construction debris, and now there is a smell and standing water in the junk. It is right where kids cut through to the bus stop. We need it cleaned and something to stop trucks pulling in at night. Documenting dates so the county has a record.
